What is a meaningful life? How do you live an inspired life? How do you view life? What do you see for your future? Where are you on your spiritual
These are just some of the concepts you’ll explore along with determining the balance of your third eye, developing your intuition, changing your approach to stress, learning to calm your mind, and boosting your memory.
Unit 2 - Developing your Intuition
Sometimes we need the type of help that can only be provided
by spirit. We might feel alone, helpless or simply have a strong need to feel that there is something more out there.
The small signs that
we receive from spirit can make our day; or even be our life buoy at times. But to feel spirit; to receive signs and guidance, we need
to exercise our intuition and that’s what this unit aims to do.
Unit 3 - Perception
We all live in the same world. But ask three people to describe
the experience of living in this world, and you’re likely to get three very different answers.
What we see and how we interpret it, can
be the difference between surviving and living. Between discontent and contentment. Between struggling to cope and rising to the occasion.
This unit is designed to expand your perception, and in the process your joy and appreciation of life.
Unit 4 - Change your Relationship with Stress
New studies on stress are beginning to reveal some very interesting results – that are slowly prompting therapists and training institutions to change their approach towards stress and health.
As the name suggests, in this unit you will explore your relationship with stress and perhaps even change your approach towards it.
Unit 5 - Calming the Mind
Everywhere we look stimulates our mind to think. TV, social media, books, the news, work, children, school, family, health, housework, finances….
Eventually that over-stimulation
becomes so overwhelming, yet creeps up so gradually, that we find ourselves with a chaotic mind, in a state of anxiety and don’t even realise why.
This unit introduces a psychological concept that aims to stop that anxiety in its tracks and restore your calm.
Unit 6 - Memory Boost
Crystals, herbs, a candle, your third eye altar and a little bit of magic….
In this unit we will be taking a metaphysical approach;
conducting a ritual to help you with those times when you could do with a little memory boost to sharpen your mind.
Syllabus - Level 2
Unit 1 - Overactive Balanced Underactive
Is your third eye chakra overactive, underactive or balanced? Does it need calming or boosting?
This interactive unit provides you with an overall and indepth picture of how balanced your third eye chakra, which areas you may need to address and how to go about doing that.
Unit 2 - Mandala
This unit you will take what you learnt about your third eye chakra in Unit 1, and apply this knowledge to create your own personalised third eye chakra mandala.
Using colour therapy, your mandala will be created to suit your wellbeing needs, depending on whether your third eye chakra requires calming or boosting.
Unit 3 - Spirituality
Spirituality is synonymous with the third eye. But in truth, elements of spirituality exist within each of the chakras. This unit will help you determine the level of function within each of your main chakras, from a spiritual perspective.
Unit 4 - Your Vision = Your Future
In the base chakra, we action our goals. In the solar plexus we determine our goals. But before we can do either we need to be able to envision
our future. We need to have a direction.
This unit helps you to identify a direction that is a right fit for you; and to ensure that your vision
is aligned with your goals.
Unit 5 - Living a Meaningful Life
What does it mean to live a meaningful life? What give us meaning? How do we find it? This unit looks at the key ingredients that come together
to create a meaningful life for you.
Unit 6 - An Inspired Life
A meaningful life; and an inspired life. These are two different concepts, but both essential to good mental health. If you have a meaningful
life, then you have purpose. If you have an inspired life, then you have motivation and joy.
When you have both, you have a deep heartfelt
Unit 7 - Third Eye Chakra Meditation
This calming and interactive meditation combines music, sound and words that resonates with the third chakra; to strengthen it, encourage healthy
energy flow and restore balance; enabling your chakra to be in line with your intentions and goals.
